Tamdhu Batch Strength is the full-power expression from a Speyside distillery founded in 1897 on the banks of the River Spey that matures every drop of its whisky exclusively in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez. Released in numbered batches by Ian Macleod Distillers, it is drawn from first-fill American and European oak sherry casks and bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill-filtered and naturally colored, in a striking bottle.

Rich and enticing, it offers iced cinnamon roll, orange boiled sweets and fresh sweet oak with raisin and a faint hint of mint on the nose, then a silky texture that coats the mouth with banana, berry jam, malt biscuit and classic sherry-oak depth, finishing long, warm and spiced with a splash of water unlocking further sweetness.
