A deep rose gold loose highlighting powder that is finely milled and leaves a glowing and radiant finish. Can be applied as a powder with a fluffy highlighting brush, or mixed into primer for a luminous base, or mixed into body lotion for an all over glow. Our loose highlighters can be built up and layered for a high intensity glow or applied softly for a gentle glow from within.
